Yes, our online shop remains open.
To request your return fill in the online Return Form (or log in to your account and click on the “Return this order” link you find in the Orders section).
After filling in the form, please follow these easy steps for returning the purchase to our warehouse:
1) Prepare the items you wish to return in the original order box. Kindly ensure the products have all their packaging and accessories, that the security tag and seal are intact and that the return box is safely sealed.
2) The return package must be shipped back to Fendi within 14 days of your return request. Call UPS to organize pick-up (1-800-PICK-UPS / 1-800-742-5877) or drop off at a UPS store. Return shipping is free of charge with UPS.
If you decide to use a different delivery service, all costs will be at your expense and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with our return conditions. Please note exchanges are not possible.
While we continue to offer our existing shipping options, please allow additional time to receive your order as you may experience delays in delivery.
Standard delivery usually takes 4-6 days from the date of purchase.
Express shipping is also available on most items with delivery in 2-3 business days.
All delivery options available for your order will be displayed at checkout.
We will send you a UPS tracking number for your package by email. You can also follow the delivery online through the track your order page.
