Fendi is glad to offer you free shipping, gift wrapping and extended returns on all orders.

If you wish to receive your purchase before December 24, we suggest you complete the order by:

  • Dec 17 at 1pm EST if you choose Standard delivery
  • Dec 18 at 1pm EST if you choose Express delivery


After these dates, regular delivery times may be subject to delays.

Choose our free Signature Gift Packaging: your items will be elegantly wrapped and you can include a personal message. Prices will not be visible.

Extended Returns: all orders placed from Nov 27 to Dec 24 can be returned until Jan 8, 2018. Please note it is not possible to return Personalized items.

If you are looking for a specific item, you can search by keywords or product code. 

You can shop online or call our Customer Care to place your order by phone. You can also check in-store availabilty directly from each product page. 

To shop online simply add the products to your Shopping Bag and proceed to checkout. You can purchase up to 7 products per order.

You can place your order as a guest or register during checkout. Registering makes checkout even faster, as you can store your delivery, billing and payment details in your account for next time. Sign up to Fendi & Me.

After you complete your order, we will send you an email confirming the details of the purchase and a link to follow the delivery.

All orders can be returned within 14 days from delivery. Please note it is not possible to return personalized items.Read more information on returns and refunds.

Special collection and Fashion Show previews can be available for Pre-Order.
The items you pre-order are reserved for you, and will be shipped out as soon as they are available.
The estimated shipping date is always indicated in the product page, at checkout and in your order details.


Purchasing pre-order items and in-stock items together: If you order products that are already in stock together with pre-order items, we will send you two separare packages.


Pre-orders with different shipping dates: If you purchase more than one pre-order item with different estimated shipping dates, the products may be sent together on the latest date.

In either case, you will only be charged once the items have been shipped. Delivery is always free.

The size displayed online is always the same size you will find on our product tags. We use Italian sizing for all items except for Men's shoes, which are in UK size.

On the product page you will find a link to our Size Guide to help you match the size dispayed online to the one you usually wear.

If you prefer to place your order by phone, call us at +1 646-952-8399 (Monday through Friday, from 9am to 10pm EST, Saturday, from 10am to 6pm EST, Sunday, from 1pm to 5pm EST).

After selecting the items, sizes and colors, we will ask you the delivery address and payment details, as well as a security question. We ensure the absolute safety of your personal details at all times during this process.

After our Customer Care assistant confirms the order has been placed, you will receive an email with the details of the purchase and a link to track the delivery.

Forgotten your password? You can find a link to change your password where you log in. We will email you a link for creating a new password and you will immediately be able to access your account.

If you contact our Customer Care to shop by phone or for any matter requiring us to temporarily log in to your account, at the end of the call our Customer Care assistant will always send you a link for resetting your password.
